CONDITIONS FOR YOUR STAY

Deposits
A deposit of at least 40% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking. If your deposit is not paid by the due date, the apartment will be re-let. The balance of your tariff must be paid on day of arrival. No cheques unless prior arrangement with management. Packages - No refunds on Package deals within 7 days of arrival.

Bookings
The number of people permitted to stay in an apartment is the number booked in on this form. Any additional people is subject to Management Approval and additional fees are payable. Failure to comply will result in termination of your occupancy.

Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund of the deposit less a cancellation fee of $50. For cancellations received less than 30 days in advance, a refund is applicable (as above) only if the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period. There are no refunds during the High Season. There are no refunds for early departures.

Arrival & Departure Times
Your apartment is available from 2.30 pm to 6pm on the day of arrival. If arriving after 6pm please contact the Managers to make arrangements, and balance of your account must paid in full prior to arrival. Departure is by 9.30 am, Late check outs are NOT permitted, an additional days tariff will be charged.

Insurance
There is no insurance cover on tenants personal property either held within the rented apartment or on the Body Corporate common property. Therefore NO RESPONSIBILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED.

No Smoking Apartments
Waterview Apartments have adopted a non smoking policy throughout all apartments. Candles/incense & naked flames are also prohibited in apartments.

Bikes, Surfboards, Golf Clubs/Batteries & Sporting Equipment Of Any Type
Due to damage caused to Walls & carpets, bikes, surfboards, body boards & sporting equipment (i.e. golf clubs, golf buggy battery packs, fishing rods & tackle boxes) are strictly prohibited in apartments.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS REQUIREMENT WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF TENANCY. STORAGE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE. Contact the Managers to discuss your requirements.

Pets
Health regulations prohibit pets. Guide dogs permitted.

Hire
Cots & highchairs are available for hire.

Car Parking
One undercover car park per room is provided. Max 2 Cars per apartment. NO VISITOR CAR PARKING PERMITTED.

NOISE
Waterview is a family oriented complex. Rooms are for accommodation only. Parties, functions or large gatherings are not permitted. No loud NOISE is permitted, cut off time is 10.30pm. Waterview has a zero tolerance policy in respect of these matters. No warnings will be given.

Booking Terms
It is a condition of occupancy that guests are liable for any damage, loss or theft from apartments or Body Corporate property. Apartments left dirty, damaged or in an unreasonable condition will result in additional charges being debited to your credit card.

The Guest authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise.

The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest or visitor together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by any Guest.
